One-half fee deposit is required to hold your reservation. No credit cards. Cheque in US funds required. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. (Last minute bookings are possible depending on availability, so please inquire about how to make arrangements.)
$500 damage deposit due on arrival, to be returned within 10 days after inspection of the house.
Pet Friendly: Well behaved, non-destructive animal friends are welcome. Please keep in mind that the wood floors are easily and expensively damaged by “accidents.”
NOTE; Hurricane season in South Florida is from June to the end of November. In the event of a hurricane, refunds for unused nights will be provided.
