One-half fee deposit is required to hold your reservation. No credit cards. Cheque in US funds required. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. (Last minute bookings are possible depending on availability, so please inquire about how to make arrangements.)
Check-in is 3pm or after and check-out is by 11am. If arrangements are made in advance you can usually leave belongings on the porch until check-in or after check-out .
$500 damage/cleaning deposit due on arrival, per room rented, to be mailed back within 7 days after departure and subsequent inspection of the house, providing there is neither damage nor loss of property and that the house is as clean as it was when you arrived and ready for the next guest. This policy is non-negotiable. We also require a signed rental agreement which you can view here. We prefer to avoid levying a cleaning fee on everyone so this is our solution.
PETS: We are so sorry that we will no longer be allowing pets. We completely understand how important it is for people to travel with their companions, but due to damage inflicted by the last pet, we have made the difficult decision not to accept companion animals.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Notice of cancellation must be given as soon as possible, and in writing (e-mail is OK but receipt must be confirmed). In the event of a cancellation more than 14 days before the reservation, all monies paid less a cancellation fee of $10 per room per night will be returned to you. In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days before the reservation you will be liable for the whole amount of the booking. We will do our utmost to re-let your room(s) and if we are successful, will return all monies paid. All refunds, including damage deposit, will be paid by cheque.
NOTE; Hurricane season in South Florida is from June to the end of November. In the event of a hurricane, refunds for unused nights will be provided.
